ALLMERCIALS Terms and Conditions :

All payments are accepted via PayPal! Simply go to any of the service pages (HERE ON THE ALLMERCIALS WEBSITE) to make your payment! ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. No E-Checks Accepted!

3.) Once your payment has been posted start sending me the information you want to be in your commercial!! 

You have 2 options:

3A.) Send your information via the ALLMERCIALS website! Fill out the contact form with the information including your email address OR 

3B.) You can do this via this email address admin@allmercials.com.  Please be sure to answer this question:

What do want people to know most about your business? Be clear! This information will then used to write a script for your commercial or you are free to do this yourself!! It is completely up to you!!

PICTURES AND LOGOS: ALL PICTURES AND LOGOS MUST BE SENT TO admin@allmercials.com

THEY CANNOT BE SUBMITTED VIA THIS WEBSITE! If you don't have pictures OR whatever you don't have, we will provide protected images, music, video for you!! While sending photos we ask that pictures be bigger than 600x600. Because all of ALLMERCIALS productions are in HD anything smaller than this will distort.

So Please bigger than 600x600..If possible. 

If you are unsure what to send us?? Just send us what you have and we will contact you to let you know what works and what won't work.

4.) Once all of your information has been submitted you are looking at a 3 to 5 business day turn around or 7-10 max! Which is an excellent turn round time for a professional commercial!! 

You will be notified when your commercial is done and ready for review! Hopefully you love it and it will go live!!

5.) Review: Your commercial will be delivered to the email address you provided us via a Vimeo or email link account.. Once you watch it you will at this point have a chance to make minor changes to the video you can call to request the changes, send an email or do a form submission right here on the Allmercials Website. The changes you request will be made in a timely fashion. For a grace period of 10 days, minor editing to your commercial will be allowed. 

PLEASE NOTE: ABUSIVE BEHAVIORS OR MISUSE OF THIS STIPULATION NOT BE TOLERATED!

We encourage the previewing of our work so our clients can make a sound decision when moving forward in to doing business with us.

Demos and portfolios are presented to all clients directly,  through our marketing, or on our website before purchases are made. We promise at the very least the quality of former projects. Although we work closely with our clients to meet the demands and deliver the best results as possible, ALL WORK done by Allmercials.com and it's associates is done from their own unique creativity. All film creators make commercials from their own perception of the art. No two film directors work the same. In conclusion  because of this there are no refunds on work delivered  during the reviewing stages (considering the work, labor and physical time and efforts of the team. The physical product/ proof of the production validates the fulfillment of our service.)

1.) No adding on new material that was not previously mentioned or discussed once the production starts unless otherwise agreed! 

2.) Excessive redo’s are not allowed period! (to cause a continuous ping pong match between editors and client) Allmercials will glad make any changes you want to your commercial as long as they are minor and what we agreed upon during the initial consultation phase. Minor changes include:

A missed phone number in visual or voice over.

A picture you didn't want added removed or replaced. A slight change to text, misspellings etc. A change in music, Color scheme. NO more than a total of 5 all together.

ALLMERCIALS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE PROJECTS/CONTRACTS AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE. ABUSIVE BEHAVIORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

4.) When you request a change please be clear and concise as possible because UNLESS WE ERROR ON OUR END once you request the changes and the changes are made and it's REDELIVERED IT IS FINAL! 

5.) Changes to the reviewed production will extend delivery time, if you come back with excessive changes then this forfeits the expected delivery time frame.

6.) If you order multiple projects at one time then this can extend the original time frame as well so ( So instead of our 7-10 business days it will be 14-20 days)

7.) After that an additional fee of up to 50% of total cost of the production will be charged depending on what needs to be done. (Due to diligent workers overtime and out of fairness) Please be prepared to do so.

 8.) WEBSITE DESIGN PACKAGES WITH ALLMERCIALS: (Hosting through GoDaddy) STARTING AT $899.00, we are able to produce polished clean websites on WordPress. ( An annual domain name and hosting fee will apply.) The $899.00 will ONLY cover  available domain names (only if your desired .com name is not taken.) If taken,  an additional fee will apply.  The $899.00 starting fee DOES NOT cover the reoccurring annual or semi-annual domain name, or annual hosting fees. Turn- around time is 14- 21 business days or sooner for a new website to be completed. However, if the submission of the materials needed by the client are not completely submitted to complete the website, this process may take longer. ONLY Upon Approval of the client will the website go public. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

8A.)  REVIEWS: The client has a grace period of 10 days to request changes before Allmercials (MERCIALS MEDIA)

 releases it completely to the  client/owner, any addition work from that  point will require a fee. The changes you request will be made in a timely fashion. For a grace period of 10 days, minor editing to your commercial will be allowed.

8B.) (GO DADDY HOSTING) Due to the use of the GoDaddy Platform certain request may be limited. Although we are committed to providing you the best customer experience, Go Daddy uses an array of templates that are of WIDE selection and unique in design, that can bring your business to the professional forefront, however they are still templates none of the less. (Keep in mind)

8C.) At Allmercials we do our very best to protect your company and  ours so we don't permit illegal content. We do our best to screen submitted information on the behalf of everyone.  WE OWN OUR CONTENT and  if we don't have it, we use royalty free, copyright free content for all of our productions. ALLMERCIALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WEBSITE/COMMERICALS CREATED UNLAWFULLY. This includes copyrighted material pictures, video footage, music submitted  to us by the client knowing and unknowingly. The client holds full responsibly, and liability for all submitted materials and content used on their website  OR in their productions.

9.) OWNERSHIP RIGHTS: ALLMERCIALS GIVES ALL RIGHTS TO THE OWNER OF EACH PRODUCTION AS A COMPLETED THE FULL PROJECT ONLY.  For the mutual benefit of ALLMERCIALS AND IT'S CUSTOMERS ALL WORK /VIDEOS ARE PRODUCED ARE ARCHIVED ON A PUBLIC SERVER.  Client is not permitted to Rip finished commercials apart and use just the voice-over work and or just the film work without Allmercials consent/ or acknowledgement for any reason. This practice will be subject to violation. Additional voice over work can be ordered by the client at anytime.  ALLMERCIALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COMMERCIAL CREATED UNLAWFULLY.

10.) ALLMERCIALS RESALE AD AGENCY OPTION: If you wish to resale our services as an legitimate and upstanding  ad agency you are able to do so. There is a  CONTRACTED AGREEMENT FEE  OF $4,000 NON-REFUNDABLE (UNLESS OTHER WISE NOTED) .  ALL RESELLERS MUST ADHERE TO THE ALLMERCIALS STANDARD OF RESPECT AND PROTECTION OF RIGHTS FOR ALLMERCIALS AND OUR CLIENTS.  ALLMERCIALS RESERVES THE THE RIGHT  TO TERMINATE  ANY AGREEMENT THAT BARES NEGATIVE RESULTS (for any reason).  ANY ADVERSE/NEGATIVES ACTIONS OR ACTIVITY THAT  AFFECTS OUR COMPANY AND OUR CLIENTS WILL TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT IMMEDIATELY. YOU MUST DESIST AND REFRAIN  FROM ALL ALLMERCIALS AGREEMENT ACTIVITIES PROMPTLY.  ALLMERCIALS IS  NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL TIES TO THE AGENCIES THAT EXERCISE THIS OPTION.

11.) EXCLUSIVE CLIENTS: There is a $12,600 (Non- refundable) fee for all clients who wish to hire Allmercials to be exclusive to them only. This is in additional to regular cost of all productions. In order for Allmercials to give EXCLUSIVE Privilege to client this fee must be paid upfront no exceptions. This can only be done on a IN Company basis. ex. ( AVON, TLC, Multilevel Marketing etc.)
